Chocolate Stuff

Delicious mousse kind of thing my mother in law taught me to make years ago.

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c milk - medium heat

Put chocolate chunks in blender with 1 t. vanilla and 1 egg; add 1 shot liqeur or 1 t. instant coffee. Pour scalding milk into blender and  wait one minute (for chocolate to soften), then blend mixture until smooth.

Pour into dessert cups & chill.
