My friend, Jay Brownlow, has a Christmas party every year for my high school class. This is his mother's famous cookies which are at the Christmas party! Enjoy!!
9x12 pan
2 18oz choc. chip cookie dough rolls
Mix:
8oz cream cheese
1 egg
1 t vanilla
Slice 1 roll of choc. chip cookie dough into thin slices and line bottom of ungreased 9x12 pan.
Spread Cream cheese mixture evenly over cookie dough slices in pan.
Slice other roll of cookie dough and spread over cream cheese layer.
Bake in 350F oven for 30-40 minutes or until cookies look done.
