    Susan Powell http://smittenkitchen.com/​2008/11/mustard-roasted-po​tatoes/ I didn't measure stuff exactly and the trick is to cook the living daylights out of 'em. Measure cook time by the look, not the clock. Some of them should be a bit crispy.
