Somewhere on my recent trip with Cal I came across this recipe, photographed by my cell phone so I could keep track of it. Now I can't remember from whence I got it. Nor have I tried it yet. But it looked good to me.
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 c catsup
1 t salt
1 t paprika
1 t dry mustard
1/2 t pepper
1-1/2 c olive oil
14 oz. Roquefort or bleu cheese
Blend all ingredients thoroughly and chill.
