Anniversary Salad

This was the "electric" jello salad I made to go with a chicken/mushroom bake the night that Cal returned to see me for the second time, the night on which, unbeknownst to him ahead of time, he was to ask me to marry him. We repeated the meal on February 15 for a few years after that, but the custom has mostly fallen away. (However, we DO have the blueberry pie almost yearly, the pie over which seconds at midnight led to our discovery of mutual love and commitment.)

1 3 oz. pkg lemon jello

1 3 oz. pkg raspberry jello

1-1/2 c boiling water

1 pkg frozen raspberries

1 pkg frozen cranberry/orange relish (good luck finding that around these days!)

7 oz. 7 up added gently

Pour into mold and chill.
